Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Checklist

This employee onboarding/offboarding checklist includes all the items that need to be tracked for SOC 2. We've found that a spreadsheet/checklist is the best method to make sure these are operationalized — while large companies have software to do this, most early-stage startups simply use a doc or sheet. A great practice is to post the completed checklist in Slack to ensure this practice is done consistently.
